Valuation and contract

With Vítor being based in Brazil you will get him cheaper than a european player with his quality, but how much?

Its more than possible you could get him for £5m however you might be pushed to pay the release clause value of £7.5m to him.

Lets have a look at his stats.

He fits the mold of a typical skillful Brazilian here, he has a great rating for dribbling. Crucial for breaking past a good defender.
First touch
As I mentioned in the guide for Lucas Biglia I think first touch is an important stat for midfielders. They're the engine of a team and if they can keep the ball and play with it you're screwed. First touch mentions he can control the ball so can take on passes however hard they are to control.
Off the ball
Vítor doesn't have a world class rating here but its more than good enough and sometime a good coach could develope. Important for an attacking modfielder it means he can help get into good positions to attack or defend.
Not many decent Brazilians don't have good technique but its an important stat for certain leagues, example Italian. It will help him fit in with the style of player and settle quicker.
This is a very important stat, mixed with his dribbling skills this guy will be able to get past defenders/midfielders either creating chances or getting himself in good shot taking positions.

The Gaffa's opinion

Vítor has good potential and good stats but it will need a club with good coaches to turn him into something world class. Would be ideal for a club like lets say Newcastle, who have feck all creativity or flair.

Rating: For the right club a top player
